摘要：Este artículo se originó a partir de una investigación financiada por el Consejo Nacional de Desarrollo Científico y Tecnológico (CNPq - Brasil) durante el año 2008 hasta el año 2010. La investigación tuvo como objetivo estudiar el proceso de transformación de la carretera Interpraias, una zona turística en la ciudad de Balneario Camboriú (SC - Brasil). El objetivo principal de este estudio fue analizar los cambios en el lugar y el paisaje que rodea la carretera como consecuencia del desarrollo del turismo en la región. La investigación es cualitativa y cuantitativa, de carácter exploratorio. Para la interpretación se consideró como base la documentación, la revisión de la literatura y los datos recogidos en el campo. Teniendo en cuenta que el tema es todavía poco explorado en la producción científica de Brasil, el aporte teórico y metodológico aquí desarrollado también puede contribuir a nuevas posibilidades metodológicas. El análisis incluyó temas relacionados con el paisaje, las carreteras parque y el espacio turístico. Los resultados mostraron que la región de la carretera Interpraias tiene un potencial atractivo natural, desde la perspectiva del uso turístico de las carreteras parque, que puede sugerir una forma alternativa de desarrollo.
其他摘要：This article was originated from a research funded by the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq, Brazil) during 2008 to 2010.This research is taken from a wider study that focuses on the process of transformation that occurred following the implementation of the Interpraias Road, a tourism corridor in the municipal district of Balneário Camboriú, Santa Catarina, Brazil. The main objective of the study was to analyze the changes that have taken place in the landscape surrounding the Interpraias road, as a result of tourism development in the region.The research is qualitative, quantitative and exploratory, with a document and bibliographic review and collection of field data. Considering that the issue is still little explored in scientific production in Brazil, the theory and methodology developed may also contribute to new methodological possibilities. The analysis involved and linked the themes of landscape, park roads and tourism space. The results showed that in the region around the Interpraias road, there are mainly natural attractions that give it prominence, with the perspective of tourism use of the park roads as an alternative form of development.
