摘要：Ibiza es una isla del Mediterráneo Occidental que se caracteriz a por una enorme dependencia económica del turismo y una imagen internacionalmente reconocida. De las diversas etapas del ciclo de vida por las que ha pasado el desarrollo turístico de Ibiza, las iniciales resultan claves para entender por qué y cómo se in ició el turismo en esta isla. El primer tercio del siglo XX representa la implantación del turismo como sector económico, aunque con un peso aún marginal en la economía local. En este estudio se describen los primeros años de desarrollo turístico y las act itudes de los residentes hacia el nuevo sector. Finalmente se esbozan los elementos que llevaron a la consecución de este desarrollo turístico (entorno natural, cultura local y actitudes de los residentes).
其他摘要：Beginnings of Tourism and Residents ́ Attitudes. The Case of Ibiza (Spain). Ibiza is an island in the Western Mediterranean whose economy is highly dependent on tourism wi th a strong brand image internationally recognized. Tourism development in Ibiza has gone through different destination life cycle phases but an analysis of the initials phases has a key importance to understand why and how tourism took place on this islan d. The first third of the twentieth century witnessed the introduction of tourism as an economic sector although still marginal in weighing the local economy. This study describes the early years of tourism development and residents' attitudes towards the new sector. Finally outlines the factors which led to the achievement of this tourism development (natural environment, local culture and attitudes of residents).
