摘要：La cooperación internacional en el campo del desarrollo ha experimentado cambios recientes y rápidos que, vinculados a la evolución de las ideologías, han ido remodelando sensiblemente las representaciones acerca de las relaciones Norte-Sur. Las ONG han adquirido un lugar importante en el marco de la co-gestión de la "aldea planetaria" junto a la investigación y ocupan un lugar que es necesario precisar, comparar y distinguir. El artículo se centra en la cuestión de las condiciones y límites de la cooperación entre investigación y las ONG, indagando si se trata de dos mundos cerrados y heterogéneos, qué complementariedades se dan entre ambos y cuáles son los beneficios para el desarrollo. Se propone una relativización de la noción de desarrollo tal como se la entendía en la década de 1960, que toma en cuenta las dificultades que conlleva el paso del conocimiento a la acción. Asimismo se analizan desde una perspectiva antropológica las metamorfosis sufridas por las representaciones de la solidaridad, desde las ideologías del desarrollo hasta las de la acción humanitaria que motivan a los actores sociales que integran las ONG.
其他摘要：The international cooperation in the field of the development has experienced recent changes that, linked to the evolution of the ideologies, have sharply remodeled representations about North-south relationships. The ONGs have acquired an important place within the framework of a co-administration of the "planetary village" along with research and both occupy a place that is necessary to specify, to compare and to distinguish. The article is centered in the issue of the conditions and limits of the cooperation between research and the ONGs, questioning if they indeed constitute two closed and heterogeneous worlds, if they are complementary and which benefits for development they carry. The author aims to a relativization of the notion of development as it was understood in the decade of 1960, taking into account the difficulties involved in the step from knowledge to action. He also analyzes from an anthropological perspective the metamorphoses suffered by the representations of solidarity, from the ideologies of development to those of humanitarian action that motivate the social actors in ONGs.
