摘要：Objetivo: Describir y comprender los significados que las personas adolescentes tienen sobre la sexualidad, cómo se construyen e influyen en la vivencia de la sexualidad y la salud reproductiva. Material y métodos: La investigación se realizó en tres zonas de la ciudad de Bogotá. Se realizaron 10 grupos focales y 10 relatos de vida a adolescentes mujeres entre 10 y 14 años. Mediante categorización deductiva e inductiva de las transcripciones de los discursos verbales, se procedió a un análisis de tipo interpretativo generando conceptos y relaciones que configuran hipótesis plausibles sobre las significaciones que circulan en el universo simbólico adolescente. Resultados: Los agentes de socialización son principalmente mujeres. Predomina el sistema de valores sexuales proveniente del occidente cristiano, donde la sexualidad tiene fines reproductivos y es asociada a culpa y dolor en las mujeres. Estos hallazgos se articulan a riesgos en su salud sexual y reproductiva Conclusiones: La construcción cultural que se hace de la diferencia sexual el género marca los significados que se dan a la sexualidad en este grupo de niñas y establece las formas de interactuar con su entorno social. La socialización hegemónica comienza en los hogares y es realizada por las mujeres de la familia. Sin embargo, existen algunas tendencias emergentes a los significados hegemónicos, principalmente en niñas de clase media.
其他摘要：Objective: The present study aims to describe issues regarding adolescents´ experiences on sexuality: the meanings they build around the matter; the influences they suffer; in other words, the ways they live their reproductive health and their sexual experiences. Methods and Materials: The research was developed in three different areas of Bogotá city. Ten focal groups and ten life histories were carried out, of women renging from ten to fourteen years of age. Interpretations arouse from inductive and deductive categorizations of speaches which generated concepts and co-relations, allowing the researcher to bring about hypothesis about the meanings concerning the adolescents´symbolic universe. Results: The agents of socialization are principally womanly. The system of sexual originating moral values of the Christian Occident, where sexuality has reproductive ends predominates and it is associate to fault and pain in the women. Conclusions: Cultural constructions built over sexual differences gender - defines meanings young women give to sexuality among the studied group and, so, orient, in many ways, their social interaction. Hegemonic socialization begins at the homes and it is realized by the familys women. However, there was criticism over this pre-stablished pattern, specially among young middle-class girls.
