摘要：En este trabajo se analiza el tratamiento dado al niño como sujeto moral. Desde una perspectiva de ética aplicada, se han identificado tres tipos de trato: el paterno-moral, el normativo-jurídico y el diferencial. Cada uno de ellos responde a distintas lógicas de abordaje de la problemática ética en torno a la figura del niño. El primero concibe al infante sólo como un ser social, objeto de cuidado pero no sujeto moral; el segundo introduce la dimensión universal posibilitada por el fenómeno de los derechos humanos, el niño es tratado ya como un ser digno, de derecho pleno; la tercera considera la perspectiva particular y singular, destacando la constante alternancia de cada niño entre la autonomía y la vulnerabilidad subjetiva. Se sugiere, finalmente, la idea de que el niño, como otros sujetos morales, es un ser capaz de y cuyo poder de autorrealización se construye a partir de un otro que posibilita o no. En esta ética de la intersubjetividad, la infancia se convierte para el otro padre, educador, profesionalen una invitación al ejercicio de la prudencia responsable.
其他摘要：This paper analyzes how the child is treated as moral subject. From a perspective of applied ethics, three types of treatment have been identified: the paternal-moral, normative-legal and the differential. Each one of them approaches different logics to deal with the ethical problematic around the figure of the child. The first type conceives the child only as a social being who has to be looked after but not as a moral subject; the second type introduces the universal dimension through the phenomenon of the human rights. In this case, the child is treated as a worthy being, a subject having full rights; and the third one introduces the particular and singular perspective, putting special emphasis on the childs constant alternation between autonomy and subjective vulnerability. Finally, the idea that the child is capable of, just like other moral subjects is put forward. The childs possibility of self-fulfilment is constructed in relation to the other that makes it possible or not. With respect to the ethics of intersubjectivity, childhood becomes for the other, namely the father, educator or professional an invitation to act with responsible prudence.
