摘要：La finalidad de este estudio ha sido conocer la repercusión del alcoholismo en las Funciones Superiores principalmente, y en paralelo el Patrón Patológico de Ingesta (P.P. de I.) y la Forma de Consumo (F. de C.) en la región, tomando como muestra la población que solicita consulta hospitalaria. Se trata de una investigación descriptiva, con muestras al azar, entre pacientes de 17 a 55 años. Se respetaron en todos los casos los criterios del DSM IV para la ingesta de alcohol. Los métodos se condensaron en una historia clínica tipo a la que se adjuntó una evaluación neurológica por sistemas, el Patrón Patológico de Ingesta y la Forma de consumo (Labriola/Kalina, 1993); Funciones Superiores, "Miniexamen del estado mental" (Folstein y Folstein, 1975, modificado por Lobo et al., 1985). Así también Praxis Constructivas (Barbizet y Ph. Duizabo, 1978). La repercusión sobre las Funciones Superiores es importante: por ejemplo, el lenguaje (sintaxis, 29%) y otros aspectos suman un 50%. En un 69% de los casos, las praxias son dificultosas y reforzadas y un 55,88% se presentan trastornos cognitivos. Los resultados en las Funciones Superiores, además de proporcionarnos una imagen de una parte importante de los sistemas, nos permite objetivar más claramente el daño y comprender mejor lo "biocomportamental", graficados también en P.P. de I. y F. de C.
其他摘要：The purpose of this work is to know mainly the repercussion of alcoholism on superior functions, the ingestion pathological pattern (I.P.P.) and the consumption way (C.W.) in the region, considering population which demand medical assistance in hospitals. For this descriptive research, we used random samplings among patients aged 17-55, where subjects for this research DSM IV criteria for alcohol ingestion were respected. The methods were condensed in a typical clinical history to which neurological evaluation by systems was enclosed Ingestion of Pathological Patterns (I.P.P.) and ways of consumption (Labriola/Kalina, 1993); Superior Functions, "Miniexams of the mental State" (Folstein M. and Folstein S., 1975, modified by Lobo and col., 1985) As well as "Constructive Praxias" (Barbizet and Ph. Duizabo, 1978). It is important the repercussion of Superior Functions Language (syntax, 29%) and others, 50%, 69% in Praxias it is difficult and reinforced and 55, 88% of them present cognitive disorders. The results in Superior Functions give a vision of an important part of the systems and allow objectify harm and a better understanding on biobehaviour also in I.P.P. and W. of C.
