摘要：El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad realizar un estudio de los efectos que puede producir la sentencia dictada en un proceso colectivo. Se estudia la legislación española, brasileña y chilena, a la luz de las soluciones ofrecidas en la materia por la doctrina.
