摘要：El texto presenta algunas consideraciones generales doctrinales y jurisprudenciales sobre la acción declarativa del derecho de dominio en Chile, destinadas a poner de relieve las falencias del sistema de protección de dicho derecho y de la posesión en nuestro ordenamiento jurídico y, en particular, de la labor interpretativa de nuestros tribunales de justicia acerca del mismo.
