摘要：En este artículo pretendemos analizar el sistema de incorporación de las normas aplicado actualmente en el MERCOSUR, en aras de determinar cómo se establece el tratamiento de la legislación mercosureña por parte de los Estados miembros, a partir de algunas consideraciones sobre los ordenamientos jurídicos internos. También examinaremos las cuestiones relativas a la vigencia simultánea como mecanismo de incorporación de las normas en el espacio del Cono Sur, y las asimetrías entre este mecanismo y la supranacionalidad plena.
