摘要：En el presente trabajo el autor nos entrega una detallada investigación sobre los medios de impugnación que se hacen valer en las ejecuciones no dinerarias, reguladas en la Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil Española, del año 2000. Este tipo de ejecución, y su posibilidad de impugnación, es una de las instituciones mejor desarrolladas por la ley de enjuiciamiento española y que sin duda será uno de los pilares para la nueva reforma procesal que en materia civil se prepara en Chile
