摘要：El corregidor fue dentro de la administración colonial española uno de los funcionarios más relevantes, pues, junto con los alcaldes mayores, los tenientes de gobernadores territoriales (denominados también tenientes justicias mayores en las provincias originarias de la actual Venezuela) y los ayuntamientos se ocupaban, en el nivel territorial local, del gobierno y la administración de justicia (en primera instancia) de las poblaciones para donde eran designados. Naturalmente, este y otros oficios reales fueron regulados por la legislación emitida por la Corona, tanto para los reinos y provincias peninsulares como americanas. Por ello, en este artículo examinamos el origen, contenido y alcance de los llamados Capítulos de Corregidores de 1500: primera gran normativa mediante la cual se reguló el cargo de corregidor y otros oficios de la monarquía española.
其他摘要：The Corregidor was a very important functionary of colonial bureaucracy in Spanish America, therefore, together with the alcaldes mayores, tenientes de gobernadores o tenientes de justicias mayores and cabildo or ayuntamiento had administrative and judicial functions and they where designed. Since then, this and others royal functionaries was regulated by the legislation issued of the spanish monarchy, so for the provinces and kingdoms of Iberian Peninsula as Spanish America. Consequently, in this article we inquires the origin, content and overtaking of the denominated Chapter of the Corregidor from 1500: first legislation that regulated this funcionarios reales of the spanish monarchy.
