摘要：Objetivo: Reportar un caso, donde se enfatiza la importancia del diagnóstico y tratamiento temprano del QRL a través de su estudio clínico, radiográfico y microscópico, en la prevención de su desarrollo y la consecuente pérdida del tejido óseo. Presentación del caso: Este reporte describe un QRL ubicado entre el incisivo lateral y canino del maxilar superior derecho de un paciente del sexo masculino de 28 años de edad, la cual se le realizó radiografía panorámica y peri apical, por presentar una fístula recurrente posterior a un traumatismo ocurrido a la edad de 12 años. Radiográficamente se detectó una imagen radio lucida ubicada lateralmente entre el incisivo lateral y el canino del maxilar superior derecho. Los dientes afectados fueron tratados en odónticamente. La lesión fue eliminada quirúrgicamente en su totalidad sin la posterior aplicación de material reparado róseo. Conclusión: El tratamiento en odóntico de los dientes comprometidos yla extirpación de la lesión en un solo tiempo quirúrgico, constituye un abordaje satisfactorio de este tipo de patología.
其他摘要：Objetive: To report a case, to confirm the therapeutic and early diagnosticimportante of the Lateral Radicular Cyst, through microscopic, radiographic and clinical study in order to prevent its developed and bone tissue loss. Case report: This report describes a LRC, between right upper lateral incisor and cuspid in a 28 years old male, who presented a recurrent sinus tract for about six months, afther a traumatic eventocurred when the patient was 12 years old. Radiographically a radiolucency along thelateral radicular aspect of the mentioned teeth was detected. The teeth affected were endodontically treated. An enucleation of the lesion was done without the applicationof material bone generator. Conclusions: The endodontic treatment and the renoval of the lesion constitutes a satisfactory approach in this type of patology
