摘要：El objetivo de esta investigación fue conocer las vivencias y los significados que tiene la paternidad en el trayecto de vida de varones adolescentes, en un contexto urbano-marginal del Estado de Nuevo León. La investigación fue realizada desde el paradigma cualitativo, bajo la línea teórica del construccionismo social. La población de estudio estuvo compuesta por varones menores de 19 años que ya tuvieron por lo menos un hijo y que asistían a las Clínicas de Salud del Gobierno del Estado. Se realizó una entrevista grupal a 4 varones y posteriormente 12 entrevistas a profundidad. El análisis de la información fue inductivo a partir de la teoría fundamentada. Se encontró en este contexto que los significados que los varones adolescentes dan a la paternidad, tienen que ver con sus experiencias de vida, haciendo referencia a la idea de responsabilidad y ruptura. La responsabilidad como construcción social, tiene que ver con el desempeño de actividades de un buen padre, imaginariamente con la protección económica, el cuidado, la atención de los hijos y de la pareja. Por otro lado la ruptura, hace referencia a una escisión de su adolescencia, donde la paternidad le permite al varón transitar y reconocerse simbólicamente como adulto.
其他摘要：The objective of this investigation was to reveal the experiences and meanings that male teen agers grant to early paternity in a context of urban marginalization in the State of Nuevo León, Mexico. The investigation was qualitative, under the theoretical line of social constructionism. The target population was integrated by men under 19 years old that have at least one baby attended at the Clinic of Health of the State. The interviews were made in groups of 4, at first, and later in depth to 12 teen agers. The analysis of the information was inductive. The findings revealed that the meanings of paternity to adolescent men are related to their personal experiences referring to the ideas of responsibility and rupture. The social construction of responsibility refer to the performance as good fathers, and the care (as economic protection and affective care) the young males give to their couples and children. On the other hand, the rupture makes reference to the split from their adolescence, where the paternity allows them to enter in the adulthood.
