摘要：La diversidad de espacios turísticos, entre las que resalta el turismo de segundas residencias, requiere de incorporar la geografía como una herramienta para el análisis, ya que en el espacio turístico convergen diversas vertientes como: la social, ambiental, cultural, económica y política. En este sentido, la visión integral de la geografía con el análisis social es lo que nos acerca a entender la dinámica turística. Por ello, se realiza una reflexión teórica desde la geografía y la sociología del turismo acerca del turismo de segundas residencias para comprender su dinámica socio espacial.
其他摘要：The diversity of tourist areas, including tourism highlights of second homes, needs to incorporate geography as a tool for the analysis, because in the tourist space various aspects converge: such as social, environmental, cultural, economic and political. In this sense, the holistic view of the geography with the social analysis is what makes us closer to understand the tourist dynamics. In this context, a theoretical reflection from the geography and sociology of tourism is required to understand the tourism of second homes and their socio-spatial dynamics.
