摘要：Fundamento: la artrofibrosis de la rodilla o pérdida del movimiento articular después de una traumatismo o intervención quirúrgica es una de las complicaciones de más difícil manejo en esta articulación. De sarrollo: se realizó una revisión bibliográfica sobre la artrofibrosis de la rodilla una de las complicaciones más devastadoras de esta articulación. Proponemos varias clasificaciones para enfocar y brindar pronóstico. Analizamos los factores de riesgo y cómo influyen en el desarrollo de esta enfermedad. En el diagnóstico resaltamos la importancia del diagnóstico precoz así como las causas de pérdida del movimiento articular en flexión y extensión. Con relación al tratamiento destacamos la importancia de la prevención de esta complicación mediante la rehabilitación inmediata y mostramos las variantes quirúrgicas más usadas en la actualidad para el tratamiento de esta enfermedad enfatizando en la cirugía mediante pequeñas incisiones.
其他摘要：Background : knee arthrofibrosis or loss of the articular movement after a traumatism or surgical intervention is one of the most difficult management complications in this articulation. Development: a bibliographical review on knee arthrofibrosis was performed, one of the most devastating complications in this articulation. We propose several classifications to focus and to offer prognosis. We analyze the risk factors and how they influence in the development of this disease. In the diagnosis we highlight the importance of the precocious diagnosis as well as the causes of loss of the articular movement in flexion and extension. With regard to the treatment we emphasize the importance of prevention of this complication by means of the immediate rehabilitation and we show the most used surgical variants currently for the treatment of this disease emphasizing in the surgery by means of small incisions.
