摘要：Fundamento: El aceite ozonizado (oleozón) es una nueva opción terapéutica para los pacientes portadores de estomatitis subprótesis y se le confiere propiedades germicidas, además de favorecer el crecimiento del tejido afectado. Objetivo: Valorar la eficacia del aceite de girasol ozonizado (oleozón) en el tratamiento de la estomatitis subprótesis grado I y II sin el retiro permanente de sus prótesis. Método: Se realizó un ensayo clínico fase II temprana, multicéntrico, abierto, secuencial, controlado y con grupos paralelos, desde enero de 2005 a noviembre de 2006. El universo de estudio estuvo constituido por 60 pacientes portadores de prótesis acrílicas mucosoportadas que acudieron a los servicios de estomatología de las clínicas: ¿Ismael Clark y Mascaró¿, ¿Julio Antonio Mella¿ y ¿Servicios Médicos del Minint¿, del municipio y provincia Camagüey, con el diagnóstico de estomatitis subprótesis. A estos pacientes se les aplicó el aceite de girasol ozonizado sobre el tejido enfermo e indicamos el retiro inmediato de sus prótesis hasta la remisión de la enfermedad. Ambos grupos se subdividieron en dos subgrupos, según el grado de estomatitis I y II, con 30 pacientes en cada uno. Resultados: El grupo más afectado fue de 40-49 años de edad y el sexo femenino, el maxilar superior y el grado I fueron los relevantes, fue significativo la remisión de la enfermedad con de siete días en el 81.7% de los pacientes. Conclusiones: Se obtuvo una evolución rápida de la enfermedad y sin reacciones adversas. Se disminuyó considerablemente el costo del tratamiento, y quedó demostrado el efecto positivo del producto.
其他摘要：The ozonized oil (oleozón) is a new therapeutic option for patients carriers of stomatitis subprothesis and it is conferred germicidal properties, besides favoring the growth of the affected tissue. Objective: To assess the efficacy of the ozonized sunflower oil (oleozón) in the treatment of the stomatitis subprothesis degree II and I without the permanent retreat of their prosthesis. Method: An early phase II, multicentric, open, sequential, controlled and with parallel groups a clinical trial was performed, from January 2005 to November 2006. The universe of study was constituted by 60 patient carriers of mucosupported acrylic prosthesis that came to the stomatology services at the clinics: "Ismael Clark y Mascaró", "Julio Antonio Mella" and " Minint Medical Services", of the municipality and province of Camagüey, with stomatitis subprothesis diagnosis. To these patients the ozonized sunflower oil on the sick tissue was applied and we indicate the immediate retreat of their prosthesis until the remission of the disease. Both groups were subdivided in two subgroups, according to the degree of stomatitis II and I, with 30 patients in each one. Results: The age group most affected was the one of 40-49 years old and the female sex, the upper jaw bone and the degree I were the most relevant, the remission of the disease with seven days in the 81.7% of patients was significant. Conclusions: A fast evolution of the disease and without adverse reactions was obtained. The cost of the treatment was considerably diminished and remained shown the positive effect of the product
