摘要：Se realizó una revisión bibliográfica y una actualización sobre el manejo de pacientes con fracturas de la rótula. Se analizaron aspectos importantes como la clasificación, diagnóstico, estudios imagenológicos, las variedades del tratamiento conservador y las precauciones a tomar durante la aplicación del mismo. Se expusieron algunas variantes con respecto al tratamiento quirúrgico teniendo en cuenta la personalidad de la lesión que varía de paciente en paciente, así como la configuración de la fractura, entre otros aspectos. Se hizo referencia a los métodos de fijación asistidos por artroscopia y a las complicaciones más encontradas en este tipo de fractura.
其他摘要：An updated bibliographical review on the patient's management with knee fractures was carried out. Important aspects were analyzed like the classification, diagnosis, imaging studies, the varieties of the conservative treatment and the precautions to take during its application. Some variants were exposed with regard to the surgical treatment keeping into account the personality of the lesion changes patient to patient, as well as the configuration of the fracture, among other aspects. Reference was made to the assisted fixation methods by arthroscopy and to the most found complications in this kind of fracture.
