摘要：Se presentó el caso de un paciente masculino, de 36 años, en el servicio de cirugía general del Hospital Militar Clínico Quirúrgico Docente. "Dr. Octavio de la Concepción y de la Pedraja" de Camagüey. Ingresó con diagnóstico presuntivo de bridas intraperitoneales ,crisis y suboclusión. Los complementarios realizados no resultaron concluyentes, se realizó cirugía video laparoscópica y detectamos un tumor retroperitoneal de aproximadamente 20cm de diámetro y gran cantidad de bridas posquirúrgicas. Se resecó el tumor y unos 40 cm del intestino delgado. El estudio anatomopatológica realizado arrojó la presencia de un textiloma.

He was assisted in the service of general surgery at "Dr. Octavio de la Concepción y de la Pedraja" Clinical Surgical Military Hospital of Camagüey City. He was admitted with presuntive diagnosis of intraperitoneal bridles and suboclusion crisis. The complementary test performed, were not concluding. Video laparoscopic surgery was carried out and a retroperitoneal tumor of approximately 20 cm diameter and high quantity of postsurgical bridles, were detected. The tumor was resected and 40 cm of the small bowel.The anatomopathologic study demonstrated the presence of textiloma.
