摘要：Los condilomas acuminados, los condilomas gigantes y los cánceres verrucosos, representan tres entidades que deben ser netamente diferenciadas, ya que poseen dificultades de diagnóstico y tratamiento. Se presentó una paciente de 62 años de edad, raza negra, obrera de servicio, viuda y de área rural que hace aproximadamente un año comienzó con verrugas vulgares de gran tamaño que proliferaron rápidamente y de tórpida evolución, se trató en la consulta de patología de cuello del hospital "Ana Betancourt de Mora", durante el año 2001 y concluyó con un proceso maligno en el hospital oncológico en el año 2003.
其他摘要：The condylomata acuminate, giant condylomatas and verrucous carcinomas, represent three lesions that should be differentiated, because they have dificulties in the diagnosis and treatment. A 62 years old patient, black skin, worker of service, widow and from rural area was presented. She began with vulgar verrucas of great size that proliferate rapidly with torpid evolution, she was treated in the cervix pathology consultation at "Ana Betancourt de Mora" Hospital during the year 2001 and finished with a malignant process at the Oncologic Hospital in 2003.
