摘要：En los niños con una desnutrición energéticoproteica la intolerancia a la leche es frecuente, en ellos se trata de disminuir la cantidad de lactosa de la dieta láctea y se mezcla con fórmulas deslactosadas. El arroz es uno de los productos naturales que puede utilizarse. Se realizó un estudio prospectivo para evaluar la eficacia de la papilla de arroz en la dieta de lactantes desnutridos con intolerancia a la lactosa, se tuvo en cuenta la cantidad de diarreas diarias, ganancia de peso, tolerabilidad y palatividad. El tratamiento de la mezcla hipolactosada de arroz con la dieta láctea de cada niño fue eficaz; sólo el 13.80 % de los lactantes en estudio presentaron más de cuatro diarreas diarias, el 24.14 % mostró ganancia inadecuada, por lo que su uso en lactantes menores de seis meses debe ser valorado, el 20.69 % no toleró la fórmula y el 95.10 % la aceptó.
其他摘要：In children with energetic-proteic undernutrition, the intolerance to milk is frequent, so the quantity of lactose in the lacteous diet is intended to diminish is them, and it is mixed with formulas that donot contain lactose. Among the natural products that may be used, it is rice .A prospective study was performed in which the effectiveness of rice formula in the undernourished diet with lactose intolerance was evaluated. We took into account the quantity of daily diarrheas, weight gain, tolerability and tasting. The treatment with the hypolactosed mixture of rice in the lacteous diet of each child, showed positive results,/ only 13.80 % of infants in the study had more than four diarrheas daily, 24.14 % presented inadequate gain, that is why its use in infants under six months is evaluated, the 20.69 % did not tolerate the formula and 95.10 % accepted it.
