摘要：Se presenta el caso de una paciente de 73 años de edad con trauma orbitofacial y luxación del globo ocular derecho en el seno maxilar. Entre los métodos diagnósticos empleados, se destacó la Tomografía Axial Computadorizada como el de mayor utilidad. Se presenta la clínica y se describe la técnica quirúrgica utilizada para la colocación del globo ocular, en su posición anatómica en la órbita con preservación de sus estructuras vasculares, nerviosas y musculares. El prolapso completo del globo ocular en el seno maxilar es inusual y requiere ser tratado precozmente con una cirugía extensa.
其他摘要：A case of a 73-years-old patient with facial orbit trauma and dislocation of the right eyeball in the maxillary sinus is presented. Among the employed diagnostic methods, the Computerized Axial Tomography was emphasized as that of greater utility. The clinic was presented and the surgical technique used for the placement of the eyeball, in its anatomical position in the orbit with preservation of its vascular, nervous and muscular structures was described. The complete prolapse of the eyeball in the maxillary sinus is unusual and it requires to be treated prematurely with an extensive surgery.
