摘要：Se presenta un caso de una paciente de 31 años que acudió al Servicio de Patología de Cuello de nuestro hospital, remitida desde el servicio de Nefrología del Hospital Provincial Clínico- Quirúrgico "Manuel Ascunce Domenech", por condilomatosis múltiples perianal y vulvar que le impedían ocasionalmente sus funciones vitales. Fue evaluada en la consulta donde se corroboró el diagnóstico de condiloma acuminado (infección por papiloma virus humano (PVH). En adición, llamó la atención durante el examen físico el hallazgo de una zona despigmentada y pruriginosa en el tercio medio del labio menor izquierdo cuyas imágenes colposcópicas impresionaban lesión por carcinoma. Se le realizó resección parcial de dicha zona para estudio histológico y se confirmó la sospecha de la existencia de carcinoma in situ en labio menor. Convencidos de que no había infiltración se realizó la resección completa de la zona por fuera de los bordes de la lesión.
其他摘要：A 31 years old patient who atended to cervix pathology service of our hospital, was remitted from nephrology service of "Manuel Ascunce Doménech" Provincial Hospital; for perianal and vulvar multiple condylomatosis that hindered occasionally her vital functions. The patient was evaluated in the consultation where corroborated the diagnosis of acuminated condyloma (infection for human papilloma virus). Also, during physical examination, it was significant to us the finding of an unpigmented and pruriginous zone in the third half of the left lower labium whose colposcopic images showed lesion for neoplasm. Partial resection of this zone was performed for histologic study and it was confirmed the suspect of a neoplasm in situ in the lower labium. After proving that there was not infiltration, the complete resection of the zone, out of the lesion borders, was carried out.
