摘要：Se presentan dos casos clínicos, egresados vivos, con el diagnóstico de fascitis necrotizante de 12 y 13 meses de edad. La morbilidad pediátrica por esta enfermedad es baja, pero tiene una alta mortalidad. Su pronóstico es sombrío y sólo el tratamiento de forma multidisciplinaria en terapia intensiva, diagnóstico precoz, cirugía agresiva y antibioticoterapia polimicrobiana permite lograr mejores resultados. Se comenta el valor de la terapia oxigenante como tratamiento coadyuvante en el tratamiento de esta enfermedad.
其他摘要：This paper reports on two cases of necrotizing fascitis who were dismissed alive. Patients were aged 12 and 13 months respectively. Pediatric morbility as caused by this disease is low, but the intensive care ward, early diagnosis aggressive surgery, and polymicrobial antibiotic therapy allow for better results. The paper comments the value of oxygenating therapy as a supporting treatment.
