摘要：Se presentaron dos casos de hipertensión arterial con hipoglucemias severas que recibieron tratamiento con inhibidor de la enzima convertidora de angiotencia (IACE) y requirieron hospitalización. Se señala el cuadro clínico y la repercusión del empleo de estos medicamentos en los enfermos hipertensos diabéticos, poco mencionado por nuestros médicos.
其他摘要：This paper reports on two cares of high blood pressure with a background of severe hypoglycaemia who required hospitalization and treatment with inhibiting angiotensin converting enzyme (IACE). The clinical evolution and the auto comes of using such medication on high blood pressure patients whit a history of diabetes- something not widely dealt with over here is also reported.
