摘要：Se realizó un estudio de dos casos del sexo masculino de siete y ocho años de edad portadores de quistes esplénicos verdaderos, enfermedad poco frecuente en la infancia, su descubrimiento fue casual. La mayoría son asintomáticos y así pueden permanecer hasta su diagnóstico. El estudio preoperatorio puede realizarse mediante ecografía y tomografía. El tratamiento siempre debe ser quirúrgico, preferentemente la esplenectomía parcial.
其他摘要：Two male patients of seven and eight years-old are presented carriers of true splenic cysts, unfrequent diseasein childhood, which was accidentally discovered. Most of them are symptomless so, it could be remain until its diagnosis in a routine exam. The preoperative study could carry out through echography and tomography. The treatment always must be surgical, mainly partial splenectomy.
