摘要：Las anomalías quísticas del árbol traqueobronquial en recién nacidos generalmente tienen el mismo origen congénito, por lo que es difícil su diagnóstico y tratamiento. Entre ellas tenemos la malformación quística adenomatoidea congénita del pulmón, es parte del diagnóstico diferencial de las lesiones observadas en el pulmón de los infantes, ya que muchas de ellas tienen una presentación y síntomas parecidos, así como las imágenes radiográficas.

Inasmuch as congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation of the lung is subject to differential diagnosis of children¿s lung lesions (on account of its similarities to other lesion's symptoms and radiographic features.
