摘要：Cet article discute les effets de l'internationalisation du conflit armé Colombien, c'est à dire, la participation d'acteurs étrangers dans les programmes relatifs à la résolution du conflit. À travers l'analyse de l'engagement d'acteurs multilatéraux et d'États, les auteurs argumentent que ce processus a fait apparaître un dilemme entre unilatéralisme et multilatéralisme. L'analyse empirique est centrée sur l'intervention de mécanismes de médiation des conflits de l'Organisation des États Americains (OEA), en particulier la Mission d'Appui ao Processus de Paix (MAPP/OEA), qui travaille à la démobilisation des groupes paramilitaires dans le pays.
其他摘要：This paper discusses the effects of the internationalization of the Colombian armed conflict, understood as the participation of foreign actors in programs regarding the resolution of the conflict. Through an analysis of the involvement of multilateral and state actors, the authors argue that this process involved the dilemma between unilateralism and multilateralism. The empirical analysis is centered on the intervention of conflict mediation mechanisms from the Organization of American States (OAS), specifically the Mission to Support the Peace Process (MAPP/OAS), whose scope is aimed at demobilizing paramilitary groups in Colombia.
