摘要：Dans cet article, l`auteur examine l`action du Pouvoir Judiciaire brésilien dans la conduite des privatisations accomplies au Brésil tout au long des années 1990. On cherche à montrer que, même si le Pouvoir Judiciaire a été appelé à arbitrer des conflits d`ordre politique, dans le cas des privatisations il n`a pas répondu à cette demande, puisqu`est resté inachevé ce que nous appelons le cycle de la judiciarisation, sans lequel on ne peut pas parler de la politique judiciarisée à proprement parler. Enfin, on cherche à souligner le besoin d`employer de façon plus restreinte et précise l`expression la politique judiciarisée de plus en plus présente dans les études de sciences politiques au Brésil.
其他摘要：The central objective of this study was to analyze the work of the Judiciary Branch in the privatizations process carried out in Brazil during the 1990s. The article attempts to demonstrate that although the Judiciary has been called on as arbiter of political conflicts, in the case of privatizations it did not respond to this demand, leaving incomplete what we refer to as a judicialization cycle, without which one cannot speak of the judicialization of politics per se. Finally, the article seeks to call attention to the need to exercise greater parsimony and precision with the term judicialization of politics, increasingly present in Brazilian political science analyses.
