摘要：En el presente trabajo se hace un análisis de la importancia del capital humano y del capital intelectual en la economía del conocimiento. Se trata de evidenciar la importancia de estos dos aspectos en las economías en desarrollo. Se destaca el papel que juega el capital humano, los enfoques y las teorías sobre el mismo, las vías utilizadas para su medición y los modelos y manuales de medición. También se discuten las variables del capital humano y los procesos de innovación y desarrollo. Por último se establece que la importancia del capital intelectual, reconocido por algunos autores como el capital intangible, deriva del hecho de que él representa el insumo de capital humano.
其他摘要：In the present paper, an analysis of the importance of both human capital and intellectual capital, in relation to the knowledge economy, is being exposed. The relevance of these two aspects on the development economy is made evident. The role played by the human capital, its several approaches and theories, the different means used for its assessment, and the varied evaluation models and manuals have been highlighted. The human capital variables and the innovation and development processes are also been discussed. Finally, one establishes that the importance of the intellectual capital ¿recognized by some authors as the intangible capital ¿comes from the fact that it represents the human capital income.
