摘要：El presente documento, resultado, de un arqueo heurístico, tiene como objetivo la reflexión en torno a la gerencia en instituciones educativas teniendo como eje transversal la importancia que se le otorga al capital intelectual. En ese sentido, son cuatro los segmentos de análisis. Primero, las funciones gerenciales en instituciones educativas. Segundo, los enfoques utilizados para la evaluación gerencial. Tercero, el capital intelectual en la gestión educativa. Y finalmente, el segmento cuarto, ubica la mirada en la importancia de la capacitación y desarrollo de competencias. Estos segmentos de análisis evidencian la importancia que tienen las personas, y sus diversas competencias, en las instituciones educativas
其他摘要：The present paper, result of a heuristic balance, aims the reflection on the management in educational institutions having as transverse axis the importance attached to intellectual capital. In this regard, there are four segments of analysis. First, the managerial functions in educational institutions. Second, the approaches used for management evaluation. Third, the intellectual capital within educational management. And finally, the fourth segment sited the gaze in the importance of training and skills development.
