摘要：Neste artigo nos propomos a analisar alguns elementos que aproximam o cotidiano dos membros da Sociedade Brasileira de Defesa da Tradição, Família e Propriedade (TFP) da caracterização de instituição total, objetivando elucidar alguns dos mecanismos que visam o assujeitamento e a normatização de indivíduos que optam por aderir à entidade. Nesse sentido, visamos estabelecer paralelos entre as formas de vivência e regramento configuradoras das ditas instituições totais (GOFFMAN) e o cotidiano tefepista, partindo da análise de depoimentos de egressos da entidade. A delimitação temporal desse exercício reflexivo estará balizada entre 1960, ano da fundação da TFP, e 1995, momento do falecimento de seu líder máximo e também marco inicial de cisões na entidade.
其他摘要：In this paper we propose to examine some elements that approximate the daily lives of members of the Brazilian Society for the Defense of Tradition, Family and Property (TFP) the characterization of the whole institution, aiming to elucidate some of the mechanisms aimed at standardization and the subjection of individuals who decide to join the organization. In this sense, we aim to draw parallels between the ways of living and configurating regulations of such total institutions (Goffman) and the everyday TFP system, starting from the analysis of testimonies of former monks of the entity. The temporal delimitation of this reflective exercise will be marked out between 1960, year of foundation of the TFP, and 1995, time of the death of its highest leader and also initial milestone of divisions within the entity.
