摘要：O presente artigo teve por objetivo fazer algumas considerações críticas sobre a relação entre a escrita do presente e a escrita do passado, tendo como ponto de partida dois eixos conceituais: memória e esquecimento em Paul Ricoeur. Compreendemos a memória como um suporte da lembrança, um suporte do passado, que, em outras palavras, designa a construção de imagens de um passado sob a insígnia de uma "memória manipulada", que são narrativas de esquecimento. A partir deste suporte analítico, traçaremos algumas reflexões sobre a divisão de poderes entre o imperador e o senado, a partir do século I d. C., para analisar as variedades discursivas nos testemunhos de Sêneca e de Tácito e, nessa mesma linha, compreender a construção do discurso historiográfico contemporâneo e suas projeções do presente nos traços e nos gestos do passado, em especial, na narrativa de Tácito.
其他摘要：This article is aimed at some critical observations on the relationship between writing in the present and writing in the past. As a starting point we will look at two conceptual axes: memory and forgetfulness in Paul Ricoeur. We understand memory as support of remembrance, a support of the past, which, in other words, means the construction of images of a past under the emblem of a "manipulated memory", which are narratives of oblivion. From this analytical framework, we will draw some thoughts on the division of powers between the emperor and senate, from the first century AD, in order to analyze the varieties of discourse in the testimony of Seneca and Tacitus, and in that same line, understand the construction of contemporary historical discourse and its projections at present in the features and gestures of the past, especially in the narrative of Tacitus.
