摘要：A partir de uma análise realizada com aportes da metapsicologia psicanalítica, este artigo apresenta uma reflexão sobre a lei e o estado de anomia que tem caracterizado as relações entre as torcidas organizadas, ao transformar o espaço público, na sua dimensão de lazer, em campo de tensão social. Entende-se, assim, que o movimento das torcidas organizadas representa bem o caráter presente nesse cenário social norteado por relações que se constituem a partir de uma transgressão às normas e da descrença no poder público constituído. Nesse contexto, os atos praticados pelas torcidas organizadas podem ser considerados como a presença iniludível de um traço anômico e, ao mesmo tempo, indicador de inserção social totalitária do sujeito. A constatação dos atos violentos e a fragilidade dos laços sociais apontam para a homogeneização das singularidades. A conseqüência é a negação da alteridade, o esvaziamento das representações subjetivas e o aumento da inconsistência do representante da lei na atualidade.
其他摘要：This article shows, from an analysis based on the psychoanalytic metapsychology, a reflection upon the law and the state of anomie that has characterized the relationships in the organized rooters when these turn the public space for leisure activities into a field of social tension. It is understood that the movement of the fan clubs represents the character in this social scenario which is guided by relationships that arise from the transgression of the rules and the disbelief in the constituted power. In this context, the rooters¿ acts can be considered as anomic and at the same time they can be an indicator of a desire of totalitarianism that the subject has. The finding of violent acts and the frailty of social ties indicates the homogenization of the singularities. The result is the denial of the otherness, the emptying of the subjective representations and the inconsistency of the representatives of the law nowadays.
