摘要：En este texto, brindaré una mirada preliminar de uno de los instru - mentos musicales de fabricación local en un área cultural aún poco explorada que abarca sobre todo la sierra de Lambayeque, al norte del Perú. Se trata de una flauta traversa tocada únicamente por mujeres indígenas. Luego de presentar brevemente la región de estudio, describiré la morfología, la fabricación, el uso, la distribución geográfica, las variaciones y la percepción local de este aerófono llamado kinran pinkullu , que constituye al mismo tiempo un instrumento en evidente peligro de extinción, y también un instrumento, no solo único, sino –por su morfología y por su adscripción a las mujeres– improbable en el mundo amerindio.
其他摘要：In this text, I will offer a preliminary study of a musical instrument of local manufacture in the north of Peru, in a still poorly explored cultural area that includes the Lambayeque highlands. The instrument in question is a transverse flute played only by indigenous women. After briefly presenting the area under study, I will describe the morphology, the manufacture, the use, the geographical distribution, the evolution and the local perception of this aerophone known as kinran pinkullu . This instrument is in danger of extinction; not only is it unique, but – on account of its morphology and the fact that it is played only by women – it is also an anomaly in the Amerindian world.
