摘要：Una de las contingencias que más influencia tienen sobre los trabajadores y la cual se materializa como un flagelo que ha diezmado a la población laboral, lo constituyen precisamente los riesgos o accidentes del trabajo. El empleador al establecer una empresa, explotación, faena o establecimiento, asume directamente los riesgos y contingencias de carácter económico, por lo cual es sumamente importante que cumpla las normas establecidas sobre las Condiciones de Trabajo y de Higiene y Seguridad. En base a ello, es importante analizar las normas legales establecidas en nuestro ordenamiento jurídico con respecto a las condiciones de trabajo y normas de higiene y seguridad industrial, como lo contenido en la Ley Orgánica del Sistema de Seguridad Social, Ley Orgánica de Prevención, Condiciones y Medio Ambiente de Trabajo y en la Ley Orgánica delTrabajo.
