摘要：Para comprender la importancia del movimiento feminista en la situación actual de las mujeres en América Latina, es importante efectuar un breve recorrido sobre la historia de este movimiento y destacar las peculiaridades que han diferenciado las prácticas en la empresa y la política. Así, se exponen en el trabajo algunas de las posturas más importantes de este movimiento de reivindicación de la diferencia sexual. El propósito es comprender el lugar que ocupan las mujeres latinoamericanas en la actualidad. Si bien cada vez más mujeres ocupan un lugar importante en la toma de decisiones, esto se da en condiciones de inequidad.
其他摘要：In order to understand the role of the feminist movement in the present situation of the women in Latin America, it is important to make a brief check of this movement throughout its history showing the differences in the business and political environment. This paper shows some of the most important ideas of gender differences. The meaning is to understand the place occupied by Latin America women nowadays. In spite of the fact that at present women have a preponderant role in the making decisions process in business and politics, this is not under equal conditions compared with men.
