摘要：Este estudo mostra a situação actual em Portugal relativamente aos problemas de Conforto acústico e higrotérmico que as salas das instalações de Fitness apresentam. Foram avaliadas noventa e quatro salas em trinta instalações onde se mediu os valores da humidade relativa, temperatura, níveis sonoros, e exposição pessoal diária ao ruído (LEX,8h). Os valores encontrados indicam a inadequação de grande parte das instalações de Fitness em relação a estes parâmetros. Os valores mais afastados dos valores ideais detectaram-se nos níveis de ruído, tendo-se atingido os 100 dB(A) em alguns casos, que pode induzir riscos de saúde para os utentes e professores.
其他摘要：This study analyses the acoustic and thermic problems that Fitness facilities present in Portugal. Ninety-four rooms in thirty different facilities in Portugal were tested, where it was measured the values for the relative humidity, temperature, and sound levels. The values found indicate the inadequacy of many facilities regarding the acoustics and the thermic. Many of the measured values indicate health risks for the users and professors with up to 100 dB(A) found within their environments.
