  • 摘要:O objetivo foi investigar o bem-estar subjetivo de pessoas idosas praticantes de caminhada orientada. Estudo descritivo, quantitativo e de corte transversal. A amostra foi de 187 idosos praticantes de caminhada orientada. Utilizou-se o ¿Development of the Memorial University of Newfoundland Scale of Happiness - MUNSH¿. Foi feita a análise descritiva, Teste ¿t¿ de Student e a Anova e p-valor ¿ 5%. Aprovado pelo Comitê de Ética da Universidade Estadual de Montes Claros, Parecer Nº 1642, de 18/09/2009. Os resultados evidenciaram que os idosos que não fumam possuem mais afetos positivos, experiências positivas. Aqueles que possuem filhos possuem melhores experiências positivas de vida. Em relação à escolaridade quem têm menor instrução possuem maiores experiências positivas. Os idosos casados apresentaram mais afetos positivos e experiências positivas. O número de pessoas na família foi significante nas experiências negativas para quem mora com 3 a 7 pessoas. Quem mora com 1 a 2 pessoas ou 8 ou mais, possui maior bem estar subjetivo. Quem pratica atividade física pelo menos uma vez por semana possuem maiores experiências positivas que os não praticantes. Possuem maior bem estar subjetivo o idoso praticante de atividade física 4 ou 5 vezes por semana.
  • 其他摘要:The purpose of the study was to investigate the subjective well-being of elderly hikers oriented. The study is descriptive, quantitative and cross-sectional. The total sample consisted of 187 elderly people aged 61 or above hikers oriented and registered with the Health Walk Project. The instrument used was a questionnaire Kozma and Stones (1980), "Development of the Memorial University of New-foundland Scale of Happiness - Munshi" and a structured questionnaire containing independent variables to be investigated. Statistical analysis was performed a descriptive analysis of data with the frequency and percentage of responses for analysis and we used the "t" of Student and ANOVA to compare the average of the groups, with Bonferroni adjustments. For the analysis, was the level of significance set at p-value ¿ 5%. This research was approved by the Ethics Committee of the State University of Montes Claros through Embodied Opinion No. 1642 of September 18, 2009. Results revealed that older people who do not smoke had higher average showing with more positive emotions, positive experiences. The way we view life is more positive, leading them to a better well-being. Those who have children are more likely to have better positive life experiences. Regarding education, the positive experiences was significant, with the highest means were for people who have less education. The elderly who are married were more positive emotions and positive experiences. The number of people in the family was significant in the negative experiences of people living with 3-7 people. However, those who live with 1 or 2 people or 8 or more, had higher averages of subjective well-being. Those who practice physical activity at least once a week have more positive experiences than non-practitioners. The results also showed the highest average subjective well-being for the elderly practicing 4 or 5 times a week.
