摘要：O objetivo deste texto é argumentar sobre a importância do respaldo teórico na interpretação de técnicas projetivas, ou métodos de auto-expressão, conferindo-lhes validade para além do que a psicometria permite. Procura-se demonstrar os pontos comuns em diversas teorias que elucidam a maneira como se estrutura a mente e a personalidade e como conteúdos ideacionais e afetivos são organizados em redes complexas. Uma vez que as respostas nas situações de investigação psicológica reproduzem os componentes afetivos e ideacionais das redes mentais, suas conexões e a qualidade das construções resultantes, que são consideradas coerentes e razoáveis em relação ao que foi experimentado pela pessoa examinada, o que interessa são as configurações e a dramaturgia presentes bem como sua plausibilidade em relação ao vivido, e não necessariamente quantidades e sintomas. Sendo assim, a validade das interpretações deve ser considerada principalmente a partir da teoria, erguida sobre observações clínicas anteriores, e sua fidedignidade só é possível com base no domínio do conhecimento teórico, da experiência clínica e do desenvolvimento mental do profissional que investiga.
其他摘要：The aim of this paper is to discuss the importance of the theoretical endorsement in the interpretation of projective techniques, or auto-expression methods, beyond the validity allowed by psychometric techniques. This paper aims to demonstrate the common points in various theories on the conceptions about the mind and its nature and how ideational and affective contents are organized in nets. As the answers in the situations of psychological assessment reproduce the affective and ideational components of the mental nets as well as their quality, that are seen as coherent and reasonable constructions in relation to what has been experienced by the examined person, the focus of the analysis are the configurations and the drama, not necessarily quantities and symptoms. So, the validity of the interpretations can be considered from the theory, raised on previous clinical observations, and their legitimacy is possible only on the basis of the theoretical knowledge, the clinical experience and the mental development of the psychologist.
