摘要：A adolescência é um período do ciclo vital caracterizado por mudanças corporais e psicológicas. Destacam- se os elementos ameaçadores e traumáticos quando o púbere se depara com transformações corporais violentas, a genitalização do psiquismo e do corpo. Investigou-se a imagem do corpo e as identificações primárias em um adolescente psicótico considerando esse impacto do pubertário. Utilizou-se o método de Rorschach, o HTP e o desenho da família. No Rorschach comparece uma imagem do corpo arcaica e identificações primárias regressivas. No HTP, destaca-se, a fragilidade do eu, os limites pouco constituídos, a figura humana destituída de elementos identitários e de trocas relacionais. Em suma, pode-se visualizar como o impacto do pubertário em um adolescente psicótico, funciona como um segundo traumatismo, atualizando a fragilidade narcísica experimentada na infância.
其他摘要：Teenage is a period of the vital cycle characterized by body and psychological changes. Threatening and traumatizing elements are brought up when the teen faces severe body changes and the genitalization of his body and psique. Body image and the primary identifications of a psychotic teen were investigated taking into consideration the pubertarian impact. The methods used were the Rorschach, the HTP and the family frame. On the Rorschach analysis there is an image of the archaic body and regressive primary identifications. On the HTP, fragility of the ego, not well constituted limits, a human figure destituted of identifying elements and relational exchanges are identified. Summing up, it is possible to realize that the impact of the pubertarian on the psychotic teen works out as a second traumatism, emphasizing the narcissistic fragility experienced during childhood.
