摘要：Objetivo: Examinar a qualidade de vida, o bem-estar psicológico e a autoeficácia de mulheres jovens com câncer de mama. Participantes: 37 mulheres com câncer de mama (idade média 36,54 anos, DP=2,85). Instrumentos: WHOQOL-bref, questionário de saúde geral de Goldberg-12 e escala de autoeficácia geral percebida. Resultados: Correlação de Pearson mostrou correlações positivas significativas entre qualidade de vida, bem-estar psicológico e autoeficácia. Teste t indicou que mulheres submetidas a mastectomia total apresentaram melhor qualidade de vida ambiental que mulheres submetidas a mastectomia conservadora. Análise de regressão linear evidenciou que as variáveis bem-estar psicológico e autoeficácia foram preditoras significativas da qualidade de vida total, explicando 48,4% da variância. Assim, observa-se a importância das variáveis psicológicas positivas como bem-estar e autoeficácia para a qualidade de vida nessas pacientes.
其他摘要：Purpose: To examine quality of life, psychological well-being and self-efficacy in young females with breast cancer. Participants: 37 patients with breast cancer (average age = 36,54; SD=2,85). Measures: WHOQOL-bref, general health questionnaire-12 and general self-efficacy scale. Results: Pearson's correlation showed positive and significantly correlations among quality of life, well-being and selfefficacy. t test revealed that female who had undergone a total mastectomy had better environment quality of life than female submitted to a partial mastectomy. Linear regression analysis indicated that well-being and self-efficacy were significant predictors of total quality of life, explaining 48.4% of the variance. Thus, it was observed the importance of positive psychological variables like well-being and self-efficacy to quality of life in these patients.
