摘要：El objeto de este estudio es ofrecer una panorámica de la imposición local sobre la propiedad inmueble. Nos interesa repasar cómo se aplica en distintos países, en qué se parece el impuesto español a los demás, qué virtudes y defectos tiene y cómo se puede solucionar. A pesar de su generalizada aplicación internacional, las particularidades son numerosas, sin consenso en la regulación. En el caso español, el impuesto es adecuado de acuerdo con los principios de eficiencia y suficiencia, pero tiene problemas de equidad y simplicidad. Aunque se ha trabajado para su resolución, todavía no se ha logrado totalmente.
其他摘要：The aim of this paper is to show a general view of the local property tax. We want to check how is applied in many countries, which are the differences and similarities with the spanish tax, which are his virtues and faults and which can be the solutions of his problems. Although his general international application, there are many particularities between countries taxes. The spanish tax is efficient and sufficient but not equitable or simple. Politicians have been working to solve these, but they haven´t been able to achieve totally yet.
