摘要：El acoso psicológico en el trabajo afecta mayormente al género femenino, pero en México y América Latina no existen datos sobre la prevalencia del problema. Por ello, el presente trabajo buscó determinar la presencia del fenómeno entre mujeres docentes de un centro universitario. En la investigación participaron 56 docentes a quienes se aplicó el Leyman Inventory of Psycho-Terror (LIPT-60) y la Escala de Evaluación de Apoyo y Contactos Sociales. Considerando al menos una estrategia de acoso, 83.6% de las mujeres se califican como víctimas de dicho acoso. La calidad de las redes sociales de apoyo objetivas y subjetivas intralaborales mostraron asociación con algunos tipos de comportamientos de acoso, en tanto que se halló que el LIPT-60 no es un instrumento que distinga adecuadamente entre la violencia psicológica en el trabajo en general y el acoso psicológico.
其他摘要：Psychological harassment affects mainly women, but in Mexico and Latin Ameri- ca there are no data concerning the prevalence of the problem. Consequently, this study sought to determine the incidence of this phenomenon in women teaching a university center. The Leyman Inventory of Psycho- Terror and the Support and Social Contacts Evaluation Scale were applied to the 56 staff members participating. Regarding at least one harassment strategy, 83.6% of the women considered themselves as victims of said phenomenon. The objective and subjective on-the-job social support nets were found to be associated with some types of harassment behavior; at the same time, it was found that LIPT-60 is not an instrument that can distinguish between psychological violence in the job and psychological harassment in particular.
