摘要：El artículo presenta la necesidad de incluir espacios de elaboración psicológica en relación a la significación presente en servicios de cuidados paliativos. Se analiza dicha significación para el paciente, la familia y el equipo médico tratante. Asimismo, se conceptúan algunos elementos respecto de las formas culturales de relación con la enfermedad y la muerte.
其他摘要：This paper speaks about the need for including spaces of psychological work related to the significance in services of palliative care. It analyzes this significance for the patient, the family, and the medical team. In the same way, it treats some elements related to the cultural forms of the illness and death.
