标题：Sentencias condenatorias al Estado mexicano dictadas por la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos y sus implicaciones en el orden jurídico nacional

摘要：En este trabajo se hace un recuento de la postura que ha adoptado México frente a las diversas resoluciones del sistema interamericano de protección de derechos humanos, del cual forma parte. Se analiza el contexto de las sentencias, sus peculiaridades, las reparaciones que hay que implementar y, en especial, los efectos que han provocado en el orden jurídico mexicano. Se destaca la problemática relativa al cumplimiento de las sentencias, así como las obligaciones muy particulares que de ellas se derivan, tales como la necesidad de modificar normas, interpretaciones jurisprudenciales, crear nuevas disposiciones jurídicas, implementación del control de convencionalidad, entre otras. Todo esto dentro del marco del Estado constitucional de derecho.
其他摘要：In this paper, we present an account of the position of Mexico into the Inter-American System of Protection of Human Rights, the judgments against this country, analyzing their context, peculiarities, the remedies that must be implemented, and particularly the effects that have resulted in the Mexican legal system. It highlights the issues concerning the enforcement of sentences and the specific obligations that flow from them, such as the need to modify rules, judicial interpretations, creating new legal provisions, the performance of "control of conventionality", among others. All this within the framework of the constitutional rule of law.
