摘要：La mayor parte de la financiación universitaria en España debe de estar ligada a los objetivos yresultados de las distintas Universidades. La finalidad de este trabajo es mostrar cómo un modelo deProgramación por Metas puede ser un instrumento muy útil en el proceso de análisis y toma de decisio-nes de las necesidades docentes de un sistema universitario, sobre todo cuando se trata de realizar unaasignación eficiente de recursos financieros entre las unidades que lo componen. Concretamente, cen-tramos nuestro estudio en los distintos Departamentos que imparten docencia en la Universidad deValladolid (UVA). Los datos utilizados en este trabajo los hemos obtenido de la información publicadapor dicha Universidad en 1998 sobre distintos aspectos de la misma, datos que nos permiten reflejar lasituación real en el pasado curso académico del profesorado y de la docencia en los diferentes Departa-mentos que conforman la UVA.
其他摘要：The greatest part of the university financing system in Spain must be based on the objectives andresults of the different universities. The aim of this paper is to show how a Goal Programming model canbe a very useful instrument in the decisionmaking process in a university system, specially in the case ofdetermining the efficient resource allocation among the units that form the system. Specifically, our studyis centred on the different Departments of the University of Valladolid (UVA). The data of this study arebased on the information published by this University in 1998 about different aspects of it, data that aimto show the real staff and teaching situation of the last academic year in the different Departments of theUVA.
