摘要：Se analiza, en este estudio, la sintáctica, la semántica y la pragmática del conflicto en una muestra de 359 profesores de enseñanza no universitaria en España. Se establece la vinculación entre las dimensiones de la sintáctica del conflicto y los modos o estrategias de afrontamiento del conflicto propuestos por Kreidler, 1984. Los resultados apuntan hacia una visión negativista de la realidad del conflicto como fruto de la cultura, aunque con ciertos indicios de positividad en cuanto a la pragmática del conflicto.
其他摘要：In this study, the syntactics, semantics and pragmatics of the conflict in a sample of 359 non university teachers in Spain is analyzed. The linking between the dimensions of the conflict syntactics and the ways of conflict copying proposed by Kreidler, 1984, is established. The results tend to a negativist vision of the reality of the conflict as a consequence of the culture, although with some indications of positiveness related to the conflict pragmatics.
