摘要：El trabajo propone discutir el concepto de sociedad civil, para replantearlo desde una posición que privilegia el momento normativo de construcción teórica, desde una función epistemológica más que teórica, en sus articulaciones con la ciudadanía activa y con estrategias de gobernanza local que privilegian la pertenencia de la ciudadanía a una comunidad política determinada. En el marco de la globalización hoy los procesos de desarrollo local requieren complejizar las relaciones de actores que participan de estos procesos, más allá de la relación Estado-Mercado. Para ello trabajamos un concepto normativo de sociedad civil y sus relaciones con la ciudadanía activa, que luego problematizamos con la inclusión de estrategias de participación ciudadana en la preocupación por la gobernanza local. Finalizamos con algunas notas sobre el rol de la investigación participativa en la relación anteriormente propuesta, todo enmarcado en un horizonte donde es posible otra democracia.
其他摘要：This essay proposses a discussion on the concept of civil society, in order to restate it from a point of view which privileges the normative moment of theoretical construction, from an epistemological rather than a theoretical function, in articulation with an active citizenship and with strategies of local governance which privileges the belonging of the citizens to a certain political community. In the realm of globalization todays processes local development require to give complexity to the relationship of different actors who participate in these processes, beyond the state-market relationship. For that purpose we work over a normative concept of civil society and its relationship with active society, which we then problematize by including strategies of citizenship participation including strategies for citizen participation in local governance. We end with a few notes on the role of participative investigation in the referred relationship we formerly proposed, all in the frame of an horizon where another democracy is possible.
