摘要：Este trabajo busca plantear algunas observaciones expositivas y críticas en relación a la obra de René Kaës, tratando de mostrar la importancia de sus desarrollos teóricos y clínicos. Se harán algunas comparaciones entres sus ideas de 1977 y las que comienza a desarrollar a partir de 1985. Se hará especial énfasis en los conceptos de narcisismo primario y secundario, isomorfia y homomorfia y el estudio del pacto denegativo y las tres modalidades de lo negativo.
其他摘要：This paper seeks to raise some expositive and critical remarks on the work of René Kaës, trying to show the importance of their theoretical and clinical developments. It will be some comparisons between their ideas of 1977 and which begins to develop from 1985 onwards. There will be a special emphasis on the concepts of primary and secondary narcissism, isomorphism and homomorphism processes and the study of the denegative pact and the three modalities of the negative.
