摘要：O artigo trata da dor dramatizada e desacreditada da histérica por um lado, e por outro da dor intrigante das portadoras da fibromialgia, síndrome dolorosa, cuja população afetada é composta sobretudo por mulheres. A escuta psicanalítica de portadoras da síndrome da fibromialgia sugere um bloqueio na passagem entre corpo e psique, entre investimento narcísico e objetal. Para que a dor possa mover-se, transformando gemidos em palavras, é preciso aproximar-se do seu núcleo, a memória da dor, permitindo que a paciente compartilhe suas memórias, aliviando, com sorte, o tormento que ecoa amplificado em seu retraimento narcísico.
其他摘要：This article discusses, on one side, the dramatized and discredited pain of the hysteric women and on the other, the intriguing pain suffered by fibromyalgic subjects, sorrowful syndrome that affects mainly the feminine population. Psychoanalytic listening of fibromyalgia patients suggests the existence of a blockage between the body and the psyche, between the narcissist investment and that of the object. In order that the pain can break through transforming moans into words it is necessary to approach its core, the memory of the pain. With luck, this can lead the patient to share his pains memories relieving the torment that behest its narcissistic refuge.
